Shivi and Jimmy turn their hand to making mead-a-coladas before Shivi hits the road to meet Lee whose hot sauce business @thepickledjamcompany74 has really taken off.
Jimmy is feeling crafty and smokes a side of salmon using a cold smoker made from an old cardboard box and to finish Jimmy makes his Virgin Bloody Mary Mussels, with extra spice for Fleur and all the flavour of a Bloody Mary, coating delicious mussels for a wonderful weekend treat.
