Not only do students learn and practice simultaneously, it is also the best community building activity for students to utilize what they’ve learned and get to know each other in a relax yet professional manner. We started with the plating of utensils and glasses, and ended with how to engage with anyone in any dining situation! And even how to get yourself out of sticky situations!
