She took on the role of Francesca, the introverted Bridgerton sibling, whose romantic storyline flourished this season, gaining her many new fans and surprising viewers with the addition of Michaela Stirling.
“I’m so proud to tell this story,” Dodd tells BAZAAR. “It’s a show about people, and everyone deserves representation on screen … It’s amazing that my character can bring happiness to those who usually suffer. That makes me so happy.”
