Helga Krapf Instagram – Come go for a sunday morning 5K which turned into 9.5K run/walk with me and check out some life lessons I picked up along the way:
Woke up like this- puffy and sleepy but showing up as your authentic self is such a confidence boost.
I started slow, figuring out my mood and energy to connect with myself.
1KM- I stopped to adore the flowers
2KM- Went a bit faster and kept my pace until…
4KM- Slowed down again but noticed I still had energy so I kept going
6KM- Stopped to buy 🥐 and ☕️ for breakfast and walked home reflecting on life until I reached
9.5K- This was not my goal but I made it. 🙌
Hip stretch- Because we tend to store trauma in our hips.
The slow downs and stops got me further than my original goal of 5KM, in the end I was able to do so much more than what I was trying to achieve because I chose to go with the flow and enjoy the process. I didn’t look at my time, I just looked at the distance. Picked up my speed at some points, I also slowed down, and stopped to enjoy the moment, that’s life as we know it and its okay to change your pace when you need to. 🫶✨ #MalayoPaPeroMalayoNa | Posted on 12/Aug/2024 13:27:11
