I knew absolutely NOTHING about my future husband except he wanted love & family too🙏 I knew we had that in common and that was the one thing I wanted more than anything in the world – true love & family❤️
It definitely wasn’t love at first sight for us👀 I had the most infamous panic attack right after we said “I do” (cameras caught it all on @mafslifetime 🫣🤪) but I wouldn’t trade a moment of our story for any other love story out there!💕
If you would’ve told me on our wedding night that my marrying a complete stranger on national television would actually work out, I wouldn’t have believed you… I actually went to bed that night thinking I made a HUGE mistake marrying a stranger😅
But here we are … 10 years & *ALMOST* 4 kids later… and by the grace of God I can honestly say we’ve never been stronger than we are now!🙏🙏❤️❤️
Don’t get me wrong, we’ve been through some *super hard* times and I won’t pretend we never talked about divorce during those hard times … we both believe in divorce.💯
I know this is controversial, but we both believe if things aren’t right with your partner and you’ve tried everything to make them right & youre still miserable together – why waste precious life & stay miserable together just because you’re married?!🤷🏼♀️
In some ways I think both of us knowing divorce is never off the table it helps us continue to work on being better versions of ourselves for each other❤️
Anyway – If you’re searching for love and feel awkward or broken – that was me 10 years ago. I was clueless on a date 🤦🏼♀️😅 I’m pretty sure I’m still ranked as the #1 most awkward kiss on the bachelor… and that was nearly 15 years ago now!🤣 don’t google my name and the bachelor😬🙅♀️
I just want to say there is hope for the lost, lonely, awkward single people🙋🏼♀️ but you have to keep your mind open for love to come💕
