The 2022 Guidelines hold, menopause hormone therapy is not indicated for prevention of dementia. The session that covered this was fantastic!
I know there are accounts out there that scare you and tell you that without MHT you will get dementia, but that is not supported by the literature. And if their answer is it is inadequately studied…well, they can’t draw conclusions then, can they?
