Exciting news ✨ I’ve partnered with @perriconemd to be their new brand ambassador. I’ve been a pretty loyal Perricone MD user since the ‘90s, witnessing firsthand the incredible results of their skincare. this weeks workout… 💪🏻 so much fun working out with Lola (wait for it 🤣)… we push each other hard & it’s an amazing way to starting our day together! i still struggled in similar ways to last week, but constantly reminding myself of my bodies power & needs made it easier. it’s as much a mental battle as it is physical. thank you @jasonalivefitness for your support!! thank you for all your comments & advice on my last workout… so many of us feel the exact same when it comes to menopause. let’s keep the conversation up ladies. ❤️ 🖤JG #IChooseMe #workout #fitat50
