Jill Zarin Instagram – Happy 99th Birthday to my father’s older sister Aunt Gloria! ( not to be confused with my mother, Gloria!) My Aunt Gloria recently fell in front of Publix and fractured something. Day 14 in rehab. Aunt Gloria lives independently in a beautiful home she has had for over 40 years , since her husband passed away. She just released her favorite Lexus after renewing her drivers license! She also doesn’t take ANY Medicines. Nothing for the heart, blood pressure or even cholesterol. We think we know why but my father has the same genes and I hope they are in us too. We are working so hard for her to get better in PT to come home so we can have our weekly lunch at the club! She is so incredibly giving and kind. Selfless. I said we were coming back again tomorrow and Sunday and she told me she doesn’t want to be a bother and ruin my weekend. Ruin my weekend????Taking care of my aunt is a privilege I don’t take for granted and We only want to make her comfortable so she can recover and come home. We love her so much!
