Recipe:
1 rack of lamb (8 chops)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
8 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Marinate the lamb with all ingredients in a freezer bag for 2-3 hours or preferably overnight. Get your grill or a heavy bottom skillet on high heat and grill lamb chops for about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from grill and let rest for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
