Well then why would we all not do the exact same thing for our bodies because guess what? We only get one of them whether we like it or not! 🥴
So don’t wait for others to motivate you. Knowing you only get one body should be motivation enough!
Do it alone…if you have to
Do it broke…if you have to
Do it tired…if you have to
Do it scared…if you have to
JUST DO IT!!
