Lisa Marie Varon Instagram – Me and @alaskan_mcgriddles got to meet one of my wrestling idols @reallisamarie today! It was such a privilege to tell her how she was one of the many Divas to inspire me (and a whole generation of LGBTQ talent) to step into the ring… from her commitment to her character, to her unique moveset, to her humble nature and willingness to work with and help anyone improve (people forget that this woman helped carry a lot of inexperienced Diva Search women to some of their greatest matches). She gave me one of her pride shirts (I thought the photo was being taken vertically so I’m sad you can’t see the whole amazing shirt – I’ll do another post of it later).
