Once that happens everyone gets involved.
It’s a social phenomenon. One person does something different he’s just odd. Someone joins him, validating his move, others see and follow suit.
Not always but it’s a real thing that you can see if you pay attention and use if you’re trying to start something. But please use your powers for good!
