Throwback Tuesday to earlier this year when I visited @agniayurvedicvillage for a 10 day retreat. I come from a background of Ayurveda and Naturopathy. For me, Agni is the epitome of tranquility, peace and a simple life. It helps me recharge and reset myself. Agni relieves me of all my stress and helps me heal and get to my goals faster. Doctors @dr.bhavyaspeaks and @drrajeevnair are really amazing at what they do and they went out of their way to treat me like family. Thank you for all your help ♥️
