Being sober was the first step, to stop drinking and poisoning my body… healing my heart was the next part… it takes time but the journey is amazing and beautiful and so much more rewarding than I ever dreamed possible! Big gratitude and appreciation to my sister Ife for guiding me so powerfully during this trip.
Most of the trip I didn’t want to document, beach I wanted to feel present in the moment and hold some things sacred to me like the ancient magic of the Temazcal and the secrets of the jungle. But wow! I feel like I’m emerging a new woman!
