Olesya Rulin Instagram – The art of gifting flowers is something my culture ( Russian) does very well. We have more 24hour florists than any other country I’ve ever visited. Flowers are for every day all events and every gender. I’m grateful that I was raised to gift flowers as a show of appreciation and beauty.
