We met a hundred years ago because we were both outspoken supporters of #LGBT rights and kept seeing other at support and fundraising gatherings.
We were both huge supporters of many nonprofits and became really good friends.
A friendship I value so much.
So Adam, today is your birthday, and I want to say:
-Thank you for being a great ally
-Thank you for being my nonprofit pal
-Thank you for inviting my precious very republican Alabama daddy to your place in DC and listening to everything he had to say
-Thank you for doing fun surprise zoom calls to nonprofit workers with me
-Thank you for being the ONLY person who listened to our group of desperate #stalking victims when no one else would
-Thank you for surprising my Godparents
– Thank you for your constant support for our @lalgbtcenter
– Thank you for being one of my favorite text friends (you’re kinda funny sometimes)
Thank you for being my brother and my beloved friend.
