Rachel Riley Instagram – Just back from another wonderfully warm and welcoming event by the ILA (International Liberty Association) celebrating the Persian festival of Mehregan and commemorating 2 years since the national Iranian uprising against the terrorist dictatorship regime IRGC controlling their country.
The first pic is life for Iranian women at Tehran University in 1971, the third is a sign I was given to hold today was in memory of 22 year old architectural student, Donya Farhadi, who was shot in the head by the regime in 2022 for going out to protest.
We should all be united in support for the people of Iran in their struggle for democracy, life and freedom, against the head of the octopus causing so much pain and destruction in the world, across the Middle East and beyond.
