Rebecca Lim Instagram – It is so important to have open conversations about mental health. I know the topic may be taboo for some, but mental health is truly just as important as physical health.
Going through recent transitions wasn’t all smooth sailing. When I had to stop work for almost a year, I felt insecure and began questioning who I really am deep down. I had to learn to be completely honest with myself and ask some very difficult questions.
During this season, I found that being open about my struggles and talking about them helped me through it. I’m happy to play a small part at the @beyondthelabelsg Festival. It’s comforting to know you are not alone. If you or someone you know needs help, don’t be afraid to reach out.
