Ridergirl Vishakha Instagram – Meet Mew 😻 1 and half month old kitten
**11 July 2024, 6 PM, Andheri:**
My brother @pvn_1 saw Mew get attacked by a big male cat. In no time, Mew was lying on the floor helpless. The cat bite was on Mew’s spine, causing him to lose control of his hind legs and become partially paralyzed.
Bhai rushed to the vet in Malad and did the needful. We couldn’t leave Mew back on the road, so he brought Mew home.
**12 July 2024:**
Due to the trauma, Mew couldn’t urinate or defecate on his own. We rushed to the vet again and manually tried emptying his bladder. During this process, he stopped breathing. The vet gave him CPR and did everything in our hand and, after 90 seconds, Mew opened his eyes again.

Mew cannot walk but has withdrawal sensation in his legs, which means there’s still some hope for him to start walking again with proper care.
We saw a positive change in a few days: this little one was able to urinate and defecate on his own. Mew, our little fighter.
