At the foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, my time at the @isha.foundation was surreal. The calm I felt within the serene and spiritually charged space was profound. Surrounded by the inclusivity and warmth of the people, nourished by healthy food, embraced by the purity of the air, and the divinity and grandeur of the Adi Yogi, I felt deeply connected. The energy of the powerfully consecrated Dhyan Linga and the Linga Bhairavi Devi temple has left a lasting impression on my soul.
It was heartening to witness the immense work being done to address climate change through the Save Soil initiative (we visited the nursery too) and support for farmers. The dedication to empowering underprivileged students at the Isha Vidhya school is truly inspiring. The work Sadhguru and his team of volunteers continue to do is nothing short of remarkable.
Thank you for this incredible experience, for welcoming my mom and me into your sacred space. We left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and deeply grateful. Shambho.”
