👖 👚 Start with soft fabric pants and t-shirt. Pants should have waistband that won’t cut into your stomach or feel too stiff.
🧦 compression socks! I actually put these on before my flight and for its duration. They get a little too intense after 8 to 10 hours.
👟 comfortable shoes. I like sneakers but Slip ons are best if you think you’ll need to take off for security. When I get to my seat I’ll loosen the shoe strings so when my feet expand they don’t cut off cirulation.
👕 More Layers and coverage. Loose fitting top layer that’s again: super soft. Full length sleeves.
🧥 Jacket. No matter what time of year it’s always spring on a plane. I always wear a light zip up jacket that’s easy to remove. I never wear pullovers- too hard to take off without hitting nearby seatmate.
🧣 My travel scarf! Something bright colored so if I’m meeting people I can say “I’ll be wearing a yellow scarf”.
