I remember vaguely being happy that I was my biggest critic, that no matter what people said it wouldn’t get to me cause im far more critical of myself than anyone else can be. But unlearning that being critical of yourself isn’t how you approach things, showing compassion that you extend to others, to yourself first shouldn’t be so hard.
You can’t be your own enemy and expect yourself to succeed. There are enough walls already, for all of us to climb. Don’t let one of those walls be your own creation.
