Sarah Lian Instagram – Throwback to many moons ago when I reached out to @imsarahlian to curate a session for my village. Adulting is challenging and motherhood is even more difficult. The weight of self-doubt and self-sabotage is real. In this safe and supportive space, we came together, shared our deepest fears and shed many tears.
By the end of the session, we emerged empowered, with a renewed sense of peace and connection within ourselves.
