Vanessa Bell Calloway Instagram – On Monday August 5th my step father Clarence Hines, the only father I ever had, passed away. On Monday August 12th we had a lovely service to say goodbye. He loved me like I was his own and for that I’ll be forever grateful to know the love of a father. Step fathers are very important in children’s lives that don’t have a father for whatever reason. Men never be afraid to love and nurture someone else’s child. Any man can contribute sperm to help create a humanbeing but it takes a real man to be a father no matter what. My brother Calvin also lovingly raised a child that biologically wasn’t his. He loved her the moment he saw her immediately after she was born and he knew that she was sent by God to our family. I’m happy that my sperm donor helped to create me but I’m forever grateful that my father Clarence was in my life since I was 11 years old.
