But honestly, I couldn’t believe I was in London when I got off the overground at @barking_riverside . It was so peaceful, beside a long open stretch of the Thames and a strong sense of community and it’s much more affordable than you expect London to be.
I’m grateful to have co-hosted an event with @moveyourframe and had the chance to hold a talk for the community on how to form a self-loving approach to health and fitness.
I feel like I’m learning just as much as the guests when I’m infront of an audience who don’t necessarily follow me or know anything about my ethos, and I loved it!
