Neha Bhasin Instagram – I was raw and very unfiltered a few days ago to let you in on my monthly dungeon and I wrote on my worst days.. So now that better days have arrived am also letting you in on that. At this point in My life I am simply taking it all in and surely monthly yo yoing has made me doubt everything and also lessened my sense of self and my confidence too. But I have a week of relief now and I am working on different approaches so I can rebuild myself and either co exist with my monthly crisis or power through it without burning out or letting the darkness swallow me. Today as you can see me it’s beautiful how my mind , body and spirit is naturally aligned and positivity is not an effort, looking forward to life seems normal and seeing beauty in everything a simple way of life.
I am aware in just 1 week this Neha will start chipping away. But I want to just stay in this NOW and breathe.
All is well. I am safe.
