Rumsha, the heart of “In This Life”.
I wrote this story a long time ago but never made it for many reasons, one being that I couldn’t find the right person for the role. Then, years later, I met Anaika randomly at a park, and a few months after, I shared the script with her. I’m beyond grateful that she not only agreed to do it but embraced the role so wholeheartedly.
Anaika brought Rumsha to life beautifully. Even though we are an independent team, she was incredibly supportive throughout the process.
I am confident that her portrayal of Rumsha will resonate with so many people. I can’t wait for everyone to witness her powerful performance. I’m certain her character will leave a lasting impression and inspire many.
