Brenda Strong Instagram – This woman right here, is my ride or die and has been in my life for 40years now. Little known fact: We met in an aerobics class(that I was teaching at Richard Simmons Anatomy Asylum)before I even got my SAG card. We became friends instantly. Our sons are now each of our God-sons and we were at each others side during each of their births. @leah_kalish is one of the most exceptional human beings I know, she went from being a successful actress, to a child development expert, kids yoga teacher and curriculum developer, and now is an inherited family trauma constellation expert and somatic healer and I am so grateful that she has been in my life through every chapter.
