Candace Owens Instagram – First and foremost I am grateful to God. For saving a wretch like me. My life has taken such a tremendous turn away from the darkness of my childhood and that can only be attributed to His grace. I am grateful to my family. For those who have stood by my side through the rollercoaster of these last three years, but also to those who didn’t. We often think about the holidays in terms of the frustration that differing politics can bring— but lately, I’ve been grateful for it all. Grateful to have grown and to have learned who I am, and grateful to know who I will never be. I’m also grateful for each and every one of you: the followers on social media who have encouraged me every step of the way. You have cried and yelled with me at the injustice of smears and celebrated every small victory along the way. Three years ago I was just a girl on YouTube with something different to say. I wouldn’t be where I am today if you hadn’t shared my videos, and believed in my ideas. And to the #BLEXIT hearts around the world—keep fighting. The battle for freedom is always hard fought. You all inspire me every single day and I am most grateful to know I am not fighting alone. And lastly, to my husband— the greatest gift of this year.
