You’ll never feel the same way about Spanakopita after one taste of this beauty. The perfectly balanced medley of leeks, mint, dill, and parsley with the salty Feta and tangy Mizithra cheeses sitting in a light and flaky Phyllo dough will have your mouth watering and your taste buds doing back flips. Prassopita is truly a dish worthy of the Greek Gods. Actually, the ancient Greeks believed that eating Leeks aided in fertility. So, they would bring leeks to young women who wanted to have babies.
