Erica Chidi Cohen Instagram – excited to share that LOOM got acquired by @perelelhealth! my dream was to take LOOM from 0 to 1 and then find it a home—ideally, one with higher clinical and consumer acuity—and i couldn’t be happier about where we’ve landed.
from our gorgeous brick-and-mortar back in 2017 to launching our beautiful app last year and impacting people around the world, this journey wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing investors and the incredible team who built LOOM. we did this during what, for many of us, were some of the hardest years of our lives.
i love change—in fact, i crave it. it’s important give everything you’ve got and then know when it’s time to let go and evolve. @perelelhealth is an incredible company, with founders i adore, and working towards the same mission we had with LOOM: helping women thrive at every stage of their lives. i’m joining their team as a strategic advisor and all of our education, content, and community will fold into their platforms and i’ll be by their side helping to guide that process.
closing this chapter opens a space for softness, reflection, and transformation. but—i’m nowhere near done. there’s still so much work to do in women’s health, and health at large. my dedication to solving these problems remains unwavering, whether through advising, building solutions, storytelling, or advocacy. the horizon is bright with so many exciting possibilities. this ending is just another beginning.
