A few days ago, I attended the @the_movers_society_ Partners and Mentors Fete, hosted by @just_ivy_africa_. It was an inspiring experience where I connected with incredible #moversandshakers like @brightgameli, @ibtisamm.habib, @murugi.munyi, @jules_her, and @rachel_ombaka (and more, some of whom I’ve shared on IG stories). The discussions on AI, finance, and leadership were both refreshing and forward-thinking. Check out @the_movers_society_ to learn more about the event and their partners. I also took a moment to reflect on Kenya’s current challenges—the rise in femicide, police brutality, and government intimidation. We cannot afford to be complacent.
