In all seriousness, I have really found my happy place in kickboxing. Not only is there peace in motivating myself to go even harder, but the mental clarity that comes with a great session is top tier. My girl @geri_gonsalves_fitness_llc pushes me past my comfort zone & has me second guessing my life choices every work out without fail 😂😂 But she’s a true passionate genius at what she does, and is getting me right together – ya hear? And I love her! 😍 I’ve gotten stronger, physically and mentally and my sessions at @9round_atlanta_peachtree play a huge part in that! I don’t know what’s holding us back from always striving to be the best version of ourselves, but let’s aim to work past the pain- for on the other side is our promise.
