Infernal Personal Selection – it is what it says: A carefully curated selection of rum that embodies our personal preferences. IPS always represents our own deep dive into the funky and quirky corners of what rum can be, when it is more than just your everyday smooth rum. It is exclusive and elite and it examplifies how we have grown into being cultivated rum connaisseurs, who appreciate the complex drinking experience that rum – in so many ways – can deliver.
This H is produced on Pot Still and has matured on American White Oak casks – both new ones and Ex Bourbon cask. It is of a Micro Distellery Production based in the Trelawny area of Jamaica and it offers a scent of matured pinapple, banana and melon along with spices, oak and bees wax.
On the pallate it is funky with a fresh taste of pinapple and mango and it offers notes of honey and black pepper. On the end, it has a long finish of olives and tropical fruits. | Posted on 20/Sep/2024 20:05:00
