Naveen Waqar Instagram – My post workout meal in Ramadan: super quick and easy chicken stir fry: 💪🏻

I’ve used brown rice and whatever veggies were in the fridge (I eat a lot of broccoli and mushrooms) along with boneless chicken thigh. You can choose your own veggies, protein and carbs (white rice, noodles, beef or seafood). For flavoring you can keep changing it (I use peri peri and bbq most of the time). Takes 15 minutes to make and is healthy as well and filling👌🏻
