From the rich, flavorful laksa to the comforting pork noodles, the local food is an absolute must-try! 🍜✨ I also got to savor the local produce, including aromatic coffee and fresh dairy products.
While there wasn’t time for activities like diving or mountain trails, catching the breathtaking sunset 🌅 was a simple yet soul-satisfying moment. Experiencing the beauty of Sandakan’s culture added another layer of richness to this trip, showcasing the warmth and history of the local people.
But the true highlight wasn’t just the sights, food, or culture—it was witnessing lives transformed as beautiful people stepped forward to accept Jesus as their Savior. ❤️ In that sacred moment, God revealed His presence to me in such a personal way, showing the moon breaking through thick clouds. 🌙
He is truly the God who hears our prayers, keeps His promises, and guides us through every high and low. Even when we don’t seek Him, He’s always there, faithful and steadfast. 🙏
