Bab Buelens Instagram – sharing my personal affirmations of today, for anyone who needs this too, repeat after me: i will take my time to rest. i will not rush anything. with every breath i’m breathing, i breathe light through the center of my being. i gently allign my energy with positivity and release what no longer serves me. i will take my time. in some situations i may have needed to keep going but i am taking a moment now to process those experiences. i am healing.
