Hey, it’s me—aka the Green Gremlin! ✨ I wanted to share a little about my personal matcha story. Eight years ago, I was struggling with acne, skyrocketing cortisol levels, and digestive issues that were really holding me back. (DM me if you want the full tea 😉) Long story short: it was time to listen to what my body was desperately asking for. I took a hard look at my habits (under-sleeping, over-coffee-ing, and everything in between), and that’s when matcha made an entrance. But what really hooked me was how, from the first whisk to the last drop, matcha seemed to gently nudge me toward finding balance… finding myself. Now, I’m not claiming to have it all figured out—that sh*t is an ongoing journey—but I’m incredibly grateful for this plant that’s helped me regain my equilibrium and supports my health.
