Today kicked my 🍑 🥵 after running 🏃🏽‍♀️ I had 200 yards of bear crawls (forward and backward 😫) followed by some AB work. My legs literally gave out in this clip but I only have 10 more steps before reaching my goal of jump squatting the entire stadium steps nonstop 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🙌🏽 No matter how challenging your goals seem, keep going!
