What a heartbreaking illness. When Flo and I met Celine in 2018 she absolutely radiated warmth and soft, gentle humanity. She was so generous with us. So kind. scrambled eggs with truffle oil on top of some lightly fried cauliflower with a sprinkle of vegan Parmesan salt and pepper YUMMM 😋
Have got my Hba1c out of pre-diabetes and back in the normal range

RECIPE (just coz @johjarvismeditations asked for it 😂)
Break up some raw cauliflower into small pieces. So still nice n crunchy.
Whack some oil and salt in fry pan and brown em
Eggs – just crack em straight into a non stick fry pan (no milk, no nothing) add a splash of truffle oil, some salt and swish em about with a spatula. Don’t let them get hard. You want them gooey
Sprinkle Parmesan and black pepper
Eat
It really is THAT easy and soooo yum 😋 ❤️
