Finally did it! Literally after 3 years I went trekking! After Covid suffered from multiple health issues- disc bulge, postural scoliosis, cervical, allergies, skin infections!
All is well now! Alternative healing practices have been major help in my healing journey! Also being close to nature.
So back to the trek💐
