I am delighted to have worked with Lara on this collection of songs we adapted from The Dream of Delphi. We first created these harp and voice versions for an intimate church show we played back in the summer.
For “Christmas Day” Lara came to the recording session with her own beautiful reinterpretation of the piano chords, and when I heard them I was so touched, it made me cry. So simple, pure and vulnerable.
