I’m someone who often feels the need to have control, who gets weighed down by the little things, and who carries the heaviness of past traumas in my heart. I push myself so hard sometimes, trying to keep it all together, to make everything ‘perfect.’ But I’m learning, slowly but surely, that I need to let go. I’m trying to live in the moment, to let things be as they are.
