Reaching out after this time in quarantine feels like a lifeline… we are together, in this world, no matter your colour or taste in music or faith or bank account. Whether you have wings or scales or feet or waves or branches or lava. We are together. We are together. And together we rise.
In these time of great change let’s remember that this here is school, so if we learn something we are doing what we’re supposed to do. Stay steady in love, in divine outrage at the profound injustices we bear witness to, stay in integrity so we do not demand what we do not give freely, and amidst all of this stay in peace. Peace is not the absence of violence, it is greater and much more challenging. But we know what it is in our hearts.
