Pooja Bhatt Instagram – Had the privilege of watching ‘A Fly on the wall’ last night.
It is certainly a film about assisted suicide but more so,a moving,staggering ode to friendship & life itself
Yes I was mesmerized by Chika Kapadia. What sheer audacity & charm..
But it was @shonalibose_ who had my heart.
In the words of Joan Halifax,an American Zen Master & anthropologist “The second tenet, bearing witness, calls us to be present with the suffering and joy in the world, as it is, without judgment or any attachment to outcome.”
Shonali lived this. Locking hands with death & showing us what friendship truly is.
Thank you @Maniyar.Nilesh for that last shot of her exiting the ‘Blue House’. But especially for leaving us with this question-If death is a given,what is most precious today?
