Rashmi Agdekar Instagram – 27/11/24. A date that will be forever etched in my mind as a core memory. Anyone who knows me closely knows the struggles I went through to make Raavsaaheb. A film that challenged me as a filmmaker and a human being, that tested not just me but my entire team of actors and technicians beyond human limits. However when the film played for the very first time on a big screen in front of an audience, the response was surreal. There were cheers, tears, smiles, claps and it was all followed by two days of sheer silence. One of the many open doors of my heart that lead to stories finally had closed. The film I wanted to make at any cost had found its audience and that audience had found the film. I can’t wait for the film to release theatrically because it is made for the big screen.
