Saheefa Jabbar Khattak Instagram – Every time I start posting a lot, I end up feeling like I’ve overshared, like I’ve just let it all spill out. And to everyone who’s told me to go find a mountain or get lost in a jungle for a while and just breathe, you’re absolutely right. This year’s been packed with work and travel, but the kind of peace I felt in the cold mountains is unmatched. I think it’s the simplicity of the people, the rawness of the mountains. You’re there, feeling so small in the best way, and when a snowflake lands on you, all you can think of is The One who made all of this with just a “Be” and there it was. That thought alone, wow.
“Be” has a big place in my life. When I’m overwhelmed, it reminds me to pause, breathe, and come back to the moment. It’s this gentle nudge to just exist for a second without letting things spiral. Funny enough, out of all my tattoos, this is the only one with a real meaning.
