Shivani Raghuvanshi Instagram – Two years ago, I began my fitness journey from zero—well, maybe even in the negatives! I had never played a sport, not even done a simple run, and the thought of working out used to bore me to tears. But one day, a little spark of inspiration from a friend and meeting Pandey ji changed everything. Now, I think I’m at level 3! I’m still not as regular as I’d like, but the last 6 months have been so much better. I’m finally able to do things!
