Willow Shields Instagram – Another paragraph? Here goes! May is Mental Health Awareness month and all I can say is thank goodness for therapy and Lexapro and any of the other much smaller things that have gotten me through the past few years. My dog Bear, a good book, a bowl of soup, a conversation with a stranger, a moment outside, all somehow have helped me get through depression and anxiety on a daily basis. These are some photos of moments I wasn’t sure I was going to feel true happiness again, I felt like a shell of a human being and I was terrified of what the future would be like. little by little I’ve started to get that feeling of happiness back on my own terms. Anyways this is a long way of saying if you’re dealing with something I understand and there’s lots of people right there with you. I love you and you’ve got this. #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthawarenessmonth | Posted on 23/May/2023 08:48:51
