Abbie Eaton Instagram – COTA 3 year anniversary is upon us!
What a journey it’s been. I often get asked how my back has recovered and what it’s like in car. I try not to moan about it, I’m so so lucky to be able to still do the things I love. But it does take a bit of management 🤣
The biggest factor in my recovery has been the mental aspect of trusting myself again. Trusting my skills and trusting my body to do what it’s learned to do from the age of 10. It’s been really really challenging, and it’s taken some time, and there is still work to do.
But, I’ve been able to achieve some cool things recently that shows in on the right path and making steps forward.
I really do hope I can continue to race next year in Porsche Carrera Cup and build on this progress even more.
